A very dear friend of mine is having a birthday soon and as paper glue and I dont get along all that well I thought I would do something different. I gather this will be a bit of a surprise for her. I made her card out of fabric. I wired the edges and filled it in with beads so it could stand. I did think of lining it with card board but decided not to.

Thanks ladies. Her birthday was on Thursday and I presented it then. I made it on behalf of a group of us.
Beryl usually makes all the birthday cards and I make hers.
It went down a treat. Everyone including Beryl were really pleased with it.
